Working together, Mayeso and Richard are raising a total of 3,200 seedlings ready for planting out when the rainy season starts at the end of the year, early 2024.
Based on the land that they each have available, Mayeso will be planting out 2,000 seedlings and Richard to remaining 1,200.
The duo have enjoyed building the nursery shade together, and working alongside each other as they filled and sowed the seeds and now care for the seedlings.
