In the distance we could hear singing and as we walked to meet the Kadula Fruit and Chicken Club, we realised it was several of their members singing as they worked in their vegetable garden.
The team work demonstrated by this Club, and their passion to work hard for a better future for themselves and their families, is so inspiring.
By growing fruit trees they’ll not only be able to improve their diets but sell any surplus at market. They also grow vegetables to sell at the market and use the money to setup and create a chicken business.
