Force Ngwira is Ripple Africa’s Country Director and Environmental Programme Manager. Joining the team 16 years ago today, 1st May 2004, he was employed to look after the tree nursery at Mwaya. Force has a huge passion for the environment. He loves working with and educating local communities across four Districts to ensure they sustainably manage their natural resources so they remain for generations to come. His achievements were recognised in November 2018 as a finalist of the Tusk Awards for Conservation in Africa. Thank you Force for all your hard work. Happy Anniversary!
