Bess and her husband Arnold are two of the 10 members of the Kadula 1 Fruit Tree Club, and not only members, Bess is also Chairperson of the club.
During a recent visit the club members were being taught about transplanting seedlings where multiples had germinated in one tube. The couple worked seamlessly together and between them one loosened the seedlings whilst the other transplanted to empty tubes.
